Spencer Burton and Michael Belasco - Industry Speakers

CRES is extremely excited to announce our first speakers for this spring – founders of Adventures in Commercial Real Estate Michael Belasco and Spencer Burton.

Throughout his career, Spencer Burton has helped close over $4.5 billion dollars worth of real estate. He’s also underwritten $30 billion worth of real estate at some of the largest institutional real estate firms in the world. Spencer is the Head of Real Estate Investments and member of the founding team at Stablewood Properties.

Michael Belasco has spent a decade managing, consulting, and working on more than $7 billion worth of real estate throughout his career. Michael has been COO of an institutionally backed real estate operator, where he set up and oversaw the company’s operations and the closing/management of 27 properties. Michael also worked on 2 high-rise mixed-use developments totaling 2 million square feet for Hines in San Francisco.

Spencer and Michael are the founders of Adventures in CRE (A.CRE), which they started in their first year of graduate real estate studies at Cornell University. A.CRE has grown to be the premier online platform for both students and real estate professionals to prepare for or advance their careers in commercial real estate.
