About the event
Stockbridge is a private equity real estate investment management firm led by veteran industry professionals. The firm's portfolio comprises assets across the investment risk spectrum within a variety of investment structures on behalf of U.S. and foreign institutional investors.
Joe Dunne joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as a Vice President on the acquisitions team. Mr. Dunne is responsible for acquisition and due diligence efforts for Industrial Outdoor Storage (“IOS”) assets across the country and for all property types in Dallas and Northern New Jersey.
Prior to joining Stockbridge, Joe worked at Rosewood Property Company, a family office in Dallas, where he focused on acquisitions across North America.
Joe received a B.B.A in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
