About the event
Mr. Regnery is a Senior Managing Director of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC and serves on its Executive & Investment Committees. He is responsible for overseeing all investor relations including current investors as well as expanding the company's institutional capital relationships. Mr. Regnery has been involved with raising more than $8.0 billion of discretionary capital and also works on the development of new product/sector initiatives for the firm. Mr. Regnery has been with the company since its inception in September 2005 and was previously a Senior Vice President in the transactions group where he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and closing transactions and venture relationships totaling more than $1.0 billion of gross real estate value within the firm's areas of specialty real estate.
He received his B.A. from Denison University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is also an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Urban Land Institute and The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
