CRES is excited to host a panel of professionals who have all received the CCIM designation, the gold standard label for commercial real estate professionals. Our in-person panelists include Cassandra Chandler, Patrick Agee, and Joe Strauss, and the discussion will be moderated by Grayson Glaze.

About the event
The CCIM designation stands for "Certified Commercaul Investment Member". For decades, the CCIM designation has been the premier label for commercial real estate professionals across all business roles, including brokerage, appraisal, investment, development, lending, etc.
Cassandra Chandler is CEO & commercial sales & leasing broker at The Chandler Group, LLC. Throughout her career, Cassandra has received awards such as "Top Alabama Commercial Realtor" and "Top 5 Company Commercial Realtor". In 2014, Cassandra became the first African American female in the state of Alabama to receive the CCIM designation. Through the Chandler Group, Cassandra continues to represent in-state and out-of-state clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant/landlord representations.
Patrick Agee is a realtor at Advantage Realtor based out of Tuscaloosa, AL. He has been with Advantage Realty for almost 20 years, and is the firm's premiere agent for commercial and investment real estate. Patrick also has a wealth of knowledge regarding residential and business development that has allowed him to build a reputation of being a trusted consultant in southeastern states.
Joe Strauss is an associate for Retail Specialists. Over the course of his career, Joe has cultivated a specialty in working with dispositions of vacant properties owned by a variety of Real Estate Investment Trusts. In addition, he has experience in property management and has successfully recruited national and regional retailers to cities in 20 different states.
The discussion between these impressive professionals will be moderated by Grayson Glaze, executive director of the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE).
